Works on site supervision for the final phase consisting of 36 units of high end apartments

Description

This condominium was originally designed by my father, Manuel Bellod Batanero, a well-known local architect in Marbella for many years.

After he passed away the developers trusted on me to continue with the survey and supervision of the works on site for the final phase.

If I would  need to point out on what is remarkable in this project is the outstanding porches and  terraces thanks to a gradual set back upwards of the terraces facing the Mediterranean Sea
