Alfonso Bellod is an  architect currently residing in Marbella, Malaga (Spain), with a 20-year experience in a broad range of high-end project types, particularly focusing on residential, from single bespoke bungalows to high-end condominiums, but also commercial, mixed-use development and high-end retail.

His experience as an architect spans from managing his own studio in Marbella (Spain) during years 1999-2012 to working for architectural firms such as Simplex Design and YTS Architecture Sdn Bhd  and lately for Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd  in Kuala Lumpur, period comprising from 2012 up to 2018 . All of them located in different areas in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.

As an architect working in Marbella, his studio focused on the design of exclusive, premium luxury homes and commercial buildings, golf club houses and luxury residential small buildings, providing his clients with the very best in world class luxury and architectural refinement. 

In Kuala Lumpur, his experience broadened to high-end mixed-use projects, corporate headquarters, sport complexes, high-rise apartment buildings, luxury beach resorts and hotels and high-end bungalows for the Chinese market, with over 40 projects conceptualized and developed up to different stages during the past almost 7 years.

In addition to his creative skills as an architect, he is an expert in the use of Wacom Cintiq, a pen display which basically could be considered a truly digital drawing table for architects, allowing him to create efficient development of 2d layouts including sections, elevations, site plans, and master plans. In his personal experience, it is a versatile tool indispensable for creating templates before final CAD drawings as well as for presentations to clients of the first stages of a project.
